MONDAY 24TH MAY

Arrive Stockholm: 11.05am

WEDNESDAY 26TH MAY
Day of leisure—time to explore Stockholm.
THURSDAY 27TH MAY
This morning we complete a tour of Menhammer Stud. We then proceed to Boko Stud, where we have lunch. Rest of day free.
FRIDAY 28TH MAY
Today is the first day of the 3 day race meeting at Solvalla. Solvalla, is a horse racing track located in Bromma, Sweden. It was opened in 1927 and is the biggest harness racing venue in the Nordic Countries. Before the races a special presentation by leading Swedish driver Bjorn Goop. For those interested, there is the opportunity to attend a talk by leading farrier at the farrier shop during the day. This evening we are off to The Elite Auction of selected yearlings.
SATURDAY 29TH MAY
Back to Solvalla to enjoy the races. This evening we dress for the Elitlopp Party—a night to kick up your heels.
SUNDAY 30TH MAY
The big day-Elitoppet 2010. Sixteen invited horses are divided into two elimination heats. Four horses from each heat progress to the final, raced later the same day. All races are of 1609 metres or 1 mile.
MONDAY 31ST MAY
Fly to Paris. Remainder of day FREE to explore.
TUESDAY 1ST JUNE
Today its off to the world famous harness racing training centre in Paris , Le Chateau de Grosbois. This evening we are off too a night of spectactular french trotting action at Vincennes Raceway.
WEDNESDAY 2ND JUNE
Day of leisure to explore Paris. Suggested activities include but are not limited to: Cabaret & Dinner Show eg. Moulin Rouge, Louis XIV’s Palace of Versailles, see the masterpiece of the Louvre, visit one of the many beautiful castles in the Paris area or find your inner child and experience the magic of Euro Disney.
THURSDAY 3RD JUNE
Another day to explore the romantic city of Paris.
FRIDAY 4TH JUNE
Depart Paris: 7.25pm
SUNDAY 6TH JUNE
Arrive Melbourne: 4.45am
